Our 2026 fall kick-off event was a reminder of something we truly believe in at Surgify Medical: a company is built by its people.
We started the day at the office with brainstorming and educational sessions, taking time to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and reflect on how far we’ve come over the past year.
We continued the day in the Finnish archipelago, travelling to Norrkullalandet Island and stepping away from our usual working environment to enjoy good conversations, shared experiences, and simply each other’s company.
It was also a chance to celebrate an important milestone from the past year: welcoming the newest member of the HALO™ product family, the 3.0 mm HALO™ burr.
Innovation and technology are at the heart of what we do, but behind every idea, every milestone and every step forward are the people who make it happen.
